Eastern Bluebird pair in nest box

Filmed through a bird spotting scope this is a pair of Eastern Bluebirds that has taken up residence in the nest box on our fence. There are 4 eggs in the nest.

    I set up the camera in front of a bird spotting scope on a tripod. Since my camera has a small lens (a Leica D-Lux point-and-shoot) it worked perfectly. I am glad you liked it. I thought it was neat. And I got to see one of the babies after it fledged. But of course, no camera with me!
